2026年第七屆國立政治大學羅家倫國際漢學講座研究獎助學金 The 7th Lo Chia-luen International Sinology Scholarship, National Chengchi University, Taiwan (2026)

國立政治大學羅家倫國際漢學講座研究獎助學金申請辦法

第一條\ 國立政治大學（以下簡稱本校）為紀念羅家倫先生對本校貢獻，並鼓勵優秀碩、博士學生來校交流，以臺灣與亞洲經驗連結國際漢學趨勢，做出具前瞻性的研究，特別設置此項奬助學金。

\ 第二條\ 獎助領域以國際漢學研究為主，獎助對象為相關學系碩、博士研究生。

\ 第三條\ 獎助方式及獎助期限如下：\ 一、碩士生每月新臺幣 3 萬元；博士生每月新臺幣 5 萬元。\ 二、獎助期限最少 3 個月，至多 6 個月。本次公告開放 2026 年 9 月至 2027 年 2 月（須於 9 月開始）或 2027 年 2 月至 2027 年 7 月（須於 2 月中旬後開始）此兩階段來校研究者申請。獎助期間須在政大做研究。\ 三、在國外之研究生，另補助經濟艙來回機票乙趟。

\ 第四條\ 本次申請截止日期為 2026 年 5 月 15 日，申請者須檢附下列文件：\ 一、 申請表（須註明研究領域）\ 二、 研究計畫（中文或英文，含參考文獻以三頁為限）\ 三、 簡歷表（包含著作目錄）\ 四、 在學證明及成績單\ 五、 推薦信二封\ 六、 本校指導老師同意函

\ 第五條\ 獲獎人的權利與義務如下：\ 一、 在臺研究期間須有本校教師擔任指導老師\ 二、 須參加本校安排之各項學術研究活動，並參與政大國際漢學碩博專班課程\ 三、 受領獎學金期間，不得接受臺灣其他單位補助\ 四、 須於期滿前參與工作坊，發表研究成果，並繳交執行報告\ 五、 出版著作須註明獲此獎，並同意本校用於展示及相關教育推廣

Application Guidelines for the Lo Chia-luen International Sinology Research Fellowship, National Chengchi University

Article 1\ In commemoration of Mr. Lo Chia-luen and his contributions to National Chengchi University (hereinafter “the University”), and to encourage outstanding master’s and doctoral students to conduct academic exchange at the University, this fellowship is established. The program aims to connect Taiwanese and Asian experiences with international trends in Sinology and to promote forward-looking research.

Article 2\ The fellowship primarily supports research in international Sinology. Eligible applicants are master’s and doctoral students from related academic fields.

Article 3\ The funding scheme and duration are as follows:

  1. Master’s students: NTD 30,000 per month; Doctoral students: NTD 50,000 per month.
  2. The fellowship period shall be no less than three months and no more than six months. This call for applications is open to candidates who plan to conduct research at NCCU during one of the following periods:\ ．September 2026 to February 2027 (research must commence in September),\ Or\ ．February 2027 to July 2027 (research must commence after mid February).\ Fellows are required to conduct their research at NCCU during the funding period.
  3. Graduate students residing overseas will additionally receive one round-trip economy-class airfare subsidy.

Article 4\ The application deadline is May 15, 2026. Applicants must submit the following documents:

  1. Application form (with research field specified)
  2. Research proposal (in Chinese or English, including references, limited to three pages)
  3. Curriculum vitae (including a list of publications)
  4. Proof of enrollment and academic transcript
  5. Two letters of recommendation
  6. Letter of consent from an NCCU faculty advisor

Article 5\ The rights and obligations of fellowship recipients are as follows:

  1. During the research period in Taiwan, recipients must have an NCCU faculty member serving as their advisor.
  2. Recipients must participate in academic activities arranged by the University and attend courses offered by the NCCU International Graduate Lectures in Sinology.
  3. During the fellowship period, recipients may not receive funding from other institutions in Taiwan.
  4. Before the end of the fellowship period, recipients must participate in a workshop, present their research findings, and submit a final report.
  5. Any publications resulting from the fellowship must acknowledge this fellowship, and recipients agree that the University may use the results for display and educational outreach purposes.
