- **For Degree and Exchange Students (Fee is calculated by semester) 學位生及交換生(宿費以學期計算)**
  - Single room 單人房: NTD58,500 per semester
  - Double room 雙人房: NTD38,250 per person per semester

- **For CLC and Visiting Students (Fee is calculated by month) 華語文中心學生及訪問生(宿費以月計算)**
  - Single room 單人房: NT$13,000 per month
  - Double room雙人房: NT$8,500 per person per month
  - The housing fee is calculated based on the actual housing period. The deposit is equivalent to one month's housing fee and is non-refundable once paid. 宿費依實際住宿時間計算；訂金為一個月宿費，一經繳交不予退還。

**Policy for payment if assigned to NCCU-iHouse after the start of the semester 補繳宿費標準**
