1）招聘支援：發布職缺、篩選履歷、安排面試、入職手續管理\
2）考勤與薪資：整理考勤數據、處理請假與加班記錄、薪資與福利支援\
3）培訓與發展：協助培訓安排、記錄維護、數據分析\
4）員工關係與行政：支援公司活動、管理員工福利、處理 HR 文件
