| 系所簡介 | 經濟學系原是中央政治學校（政大前身）於民國十八年成立的四個元老科系之一（包括政治、財政、地方自治與社會經濟），由歐陽勛教授擔任首任系主任，為本校最具規模的科系之一。在全系師生的努力以及歷任系主任帶領下，經濟系學程以及師資日臻完善。 The Department of Economics is one of the four original departments (Political Science, Finance, Local Autonomous and Social Economics) established by the predecessors of National Chengchi University, formerly known as the National Central Politics University, in the year 1929. Its name was formally changed to the Department of Economics in 1931. After the reestablishment of National Chengchi University in Taiwan in year 1954, the Department of Economics began recruitment and enrollment with Professor Xun Ou-yang as the first dean of the department.
