Program Overview
The Emirati Future Leaders Initiative is a customized six months' leadership training program for the Emirati students to equip them with essential skills and knowledge to build a foundation to motivate, empower, and transform themselves and others by making a difference in the world.
This is a new age and highly engaging Development Program intended to develop and sharpen VITAL professional CHARACTERISTICS and BEHAVIORS to increase leadership capacity for today and tomorrow. We accelerate professional development by focusing on practice rather than heavy content and theory so participants can quickly go and start applying what they have learned.
Program Objectives
- Support the Emiratization policy of the United Arab Emirates and strengthen the corporate social responsibilities of the University of Sharjah.
- Build high potential students' capabilities, knowledge and professional characteristics and sharpen their skills for the workplace.
- Enhance the development of needed KNOWLEDGE and SKILLS for interpersonal GROWTH to become future leaders.
- Provide students with tools to build their skills and capabilities to adapt with workplace through workshops, mentorship, and field visits.
- Develop students' knowledge for business growth and future career prosperity.
