The Central Laboratories Directorate (CLD) at the University of Sharjah, established in 1997, oversees over 182 teaching, research, and dual-purpose labs spread across various campus buildings. CLD is responsible for managing lab spaces, providing technical support, maintaining equipment, implementing safety measures, and facilitating efficient lab operations for multiple colleges and research institutes. With significant advancements like the Central Labs Online Safety Training System and an interactive lab purchase statistics platform, the CLD continues to enhance its operations in alignment with the University's strategic vision.
