## Payment Policies

| In order to register for the upcoming semesters, please make sure that settlement of all your outstanding balance including Post‐Dated Cheques and instalments is made in addition to the **advance payment towards your next semester's tuition fees as follows:** | To register for the **Fall 2025/2026** semester, kindly make the advance payment of **AED 10,000**. |

| **To avoid congestion, we remind you of the following available payment methods:** | 1. The deadline for fee payment for Fall 2025/2026 is -04-9-2025- |
| - Payment by credit card through the online self-service (available on the website). | 2. For the Fall Semester, if any courses are dropped during the Add/Drop period or before the Census date (-11-09-2025-) the student's account is fully refunded the course tuition. |
| - Payment through any of Sharjah Islamic Bank's ATM machines. | Otherwise, the student will be charged the full tuition fees for all registered courses during the Fall 2025/2026 Semester. |
| - Payment through any of Sharjah Islamic Bank’s branches. | 3. If any courses are dropped after the Census date (-11-09-2025-) without receiving 'F', no tuition fees are refunded to the student's account for the dropped courses. |

| - Payment through any of Sharjah Islamic Bank's ATM machines. | - If any courses are dropped after the Census date (-27-05-2025-) without receiving 'F', no tuition fees are refunded to the student's account for the dropped courses. |
| - Payment through any of Sharjah Islamic Bank’s branches. | - If any courses are dropped after the Census date (-11-09-2025-) without receiving 'F', no tuition fees are refunded to the student's account for the dropped courses. |

**During Registration Period (All colleges Expect Medicine and Dentistry)**

**Clear your outstanding balance**

This includes post-dated cheques, installments, and any other fees you might owe.

**Make an advance payment**

The amount varies depending on the semester(s) you're registering for:

- Fall and Spring: AED 10,000 each
- Summer: AED 5,000
- Summer & Fall (combined): AED 15,000

**Payment deadline**

If you've already registered for courses, make the advance payment within 3 working days. Otherwise, your Fall semester course registration will be automatically cancelled.

**During Registration Period (Medicine and Dentistry)**

**Clear your outstanding balance**

**This includes post-dated cheques, installments, and any other fees you might owe.**

- Advance payment of AED 10,000 of tuition fees for the upcoming semester must be paid to register.
- settlement of all your outstanding balance including Post-Dated Cheques

**Payment Policy - Spring 2024/2025**

- The deadline for fees payment for Spring semester 2024/2025 is 23-Jan-2025. without late payment penalty.
- 500 AED Late payment fees will be charges after 23-Jan-2025
- Tuition fees will not be charged to students if courses are dropped during the Add/Drop period (up to 30-Jan-2025)

Starting from 31-Jan-2025 till the end of Spring Semester the tuition fees will not be refunded in the following cases:

- Withdrawal from semester.
- Withdrawal from University.
- Drop any course.\
