## Current SARChI Chair Projects for Completion 2026

### 1. Post Colonial Curriculum Book

Hoping to have full manuscript by **end March 2026**, 7 chapters written.

*(EW, SM, VJ, with assistance from PN, MM did literature search)*

### 2. Epistemic Disruptions and HE Book

Full manuscript by **end July 2026**. SM, OC, Yusuf Sayed meeting in January 2026 to discuss and begin chapters. Chapter writing has begun with 4 ready.

### 3. Beyond Decolonisation Book

14 chapters ready, going for copy editors on **12 December**, and full manuscript to CODESRIA before **end December 2025**.

### 4. Gender Journeys Project and Book

Four journal articles published. Catherine Manathunga and Gina Wisker following up on book proposal and publishers. Full manuscript by **September 2026**. Halima coordinating.

### 5. New Book Project

Wacango and Halima – proposal stage. Completion **end 2026**.

### 6. T&L and the Future Focused University

Editors: Crain Soudien and Shireen. In process, 5 papers commissioned. Proposal to be done. Completion **end 2026 / 2027**.

### Actions

**Projects 1–4** must be completed during 2026 since these are ‘legacy’ projects from SARChI T&L Phase 1.
