Assignment of Available Capacities

Please check the information for each course in which you want to take an exam in the LSF course catalogue under the headings "Certificates" (examination form) and "Prerequisites" (registration and withdrawal deadline) and whether there is an assignment of available capacities available. Different deadlines and registration procedures apply.

If there is an assignment of available capacities provided for a module, the assignment of available capacities in the summer semester 2026 will take place on 23 April 2026 from 11:00 am to 01:00 pm by e-mail (pruefungsamt@wiwi.uni-frankfurt.de).

The assignment of available capacities offers an extraordinary registration option for certain courses with limited capacity after the registration deadline. At the assignment of available capacities, additional exam registrations are possible, even without a participation or an acceptance in the two-stage registration procedure. If desired and possible, registration for another module from the same bundle would be possible that way, too. Attention! At the assignment of available capacities, only registrations are possible! The respective exam withdrawal deadline, which is stated in the LSF course catalogue, still applies. Therefore, please always check the exam withdrawal deadline for each course.

When:\ Thursday, 23 April 2026 from 11:00 am to 01:00 pm (no first come - first served!).

How:\ by e-mail to pruefungsamt@wiwi.uni-frankfurt.de with the registration form of 23 April 2026 as an e-mail attachment (only PDF or Word files, no Pages or Numbers documents!)

Please do not send us the e-mail several times from different e-mail addresses and use your @stud address! Please check your @stud-webmail settings before. Unfortunately, the default value there is that attachments are not saved in the sent mails - but the attachments are delivered to the recipient. If you are unsrue, then add your own e-mail address additionally in CC, but please don't send us the same e-mail more than once!

Only registration forms of 23 April 2026, which are received between 11:00 am to 01:00 pm (e-mail receipt Examination Office) will be considered. First come - first served does not apply. Each student will receive a lot number at random. Starting with the lowest lot number, the registration forms will be processed.

The registration forms for the assignment of available capacities will be uploaded on this website on 23 April 2026 at 11:00 am.

Please send us the form provided here on 23 April 2026 at 11:00 am completed and signed by 01:00 pm by e-mail as an e-mail attachment with the following prescribed subject line:

(####### = Please enter your student ID number here!)

Please do not insert any pictures as e-mail text, these lead to misrepresentation of information. Please only use e-mail attachments!

Either you print out the form, fill it out and send us a scan or photo of it, or you fill out the form digitally and insert a picture of your signature.

Please note the following when filling in the column "Choice":

Mark all modules with an X, which you would like to register bindingly. If you enter crosses ("X") in the column "Choice", we will assume that you want to register for all modules marked with a cross, if there are capacities available.

If you want to register only for one module out of a selection of modules, please write in the column "Choice" the note "Prio 1" for the module you like first best and the note "Prio 2" for the modules you like second best. This list of prios can be continued at will (Prio 1 = highest priority).

Example:\ You have a selection of 3 modules where you have entered Prio 1, Prio 2 and Prio 3. This is, if there is no capacity available in Prio 1, you would like to register for Prio 2 as an alternative. And if there is no capacity available in both Prio 1 and Prio 2, you want to register for Prio 3 as an alternative.

It must be clear, what you want.

Your registration form can contain modules with "X" and modules with "Prio".

The registration form will be available both as a PDF form and as a Word file. Here are two test files, which are not valid on 23 April 2026:

If you have questions or problems filling out these test files, please contact us immediately with a description of the problem by e-mail until 16 April 2026, so we can solve the problem in due time.

Registration is only possible with signature and completed registration form of 23 April 2026 and requires receipt of the e-mail attachments at pruefungsamt@wiwi.uni-frankfurt.de with the prescribed subject line in due time.

Please refrain from inquiries regarding the processing status of assignment of available capacities. We will process the incoming registrations step by step. You will not receive a response to your mail. As soon as the assignment of available capacities has been completed, we will inform you in the Newsticker. After that, you can check your QIS-examination account to see if you could be registered.
