Examination Office

The Examination Office deals with all aspects retaling to the conception, organization, implemantation and recognition of examinations at the faculty. It also provides examination-relevant information and counseling.\ You will find exam-related information under examination organization and important froms and documents under downloads. Please also note the latest news.

Personal appointments for following requests

Appointments to pick up graduation documents

You have to apply for the issuance of your degree certificates (Application Issuance Bachelor's Degree Certificates, Application Issuance Master's Degree Certificates). You will be notified by e-mail as soon as your certificate is ready for collection and can then make an appointment to pick up graduation documents. Please also refer to our FAQ “Degree Certificates”.

Appointments for submission of bachelor's and master's theses

Final theses must be submitted in the prescribed form to the Examination Office at the latest on the submission date. You can arrange an appointment to hand in you thesis in person.

If your submission date is outside the personal office hours of the Examination Office, it is also sufficient to postmark the submission at a post office in order to meet the deadline. If you send the thesis by post, the date stamp is decisive and counts as submission date. We recommend mailing by registered post (Einschreiben/ Einschreiben Einwurf). Please avoid internet stamps at all because these have no date stamp!
