- Travel Requirement: Frequent business travel to Indonesia (project-based)

About the Role\ We are seeking a Network Engineer to support the deployment and operation of our solutions in the Indonesian market. This role focuses on network planning, implementation, troubleshooting, and customer technical support, working closely with Indonesian clients and Taiwan-based engineering teams.\ You will play a key role in ensuring stable service delivery and successful solution adoption across telecommunications, IoT, and satellite connectivity projects.\ \ Key Responsibilities
- Provide on-site and remote network engineering support for Indonesian customers (installation, configuration, troubleshooting).
- Plan and implement network solutions (LAN/WAN, routing/switching, VPN, firewall, QoS).
- Support customer onboarding and solution rollout, including technical training and documentation.
- Monitor network performance and conduct root cause analysis to resolve incidents efficiently.
- Communicate customer issues and requirements to internal engineering teams, and coordinate resolution progress.
- Assist in proof-of-concept (POC) and technical validation as required.
- Work with cross-functional teams to improve product stability and field usability based on Indonesia use cases.
- Support technical meetings, customer reviews, and project coordination as needed.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree or above in Computer Science, Networking, Telecommunications, EE/CS, or related fields.
- Experience: 2+ years in network engineering, network support, field support, or system integration.
Required Technical Skills
- Strong knowledge of TCP/IP, routing, switching, VLAN, NAT, DNS, DHCP
- Hands-on experience with firewalls, VPN, network troubleshooting
- Familiarity with network monitoring tools (e.g., Grafana, Zabbix, Prometheus) is a plus
- Understanding of telecom / IoT connectivity is a plus
- Experience with Linux and scripting is a plus
