The Ministry of Education (MOE) provides scholarship opportunities for international students pursuing degrees in Taiwan.\ \r\n\ \r\nHow to apply\ \r\nSubmit an application and required documents directly to the Taiwan overseas representative office.\ \r\n\ \r\nScholarship Content \ \r\nMonthly Stipend\ \r\n■ Undergraduate: NT$ 15,000\ \r\n■ Graduate: NT$ 20,000\ \r\n\ \r\nTuition Grant\ \r\n■ MOE: A maximum of NT$ 40,000 for each semester, the actual amount will be based on your basic tuition fee.\ \r\n■ NYCU: NYCU will provide an additional grant up to NTD 15,000 per semester if the resipient's total amount of tuition, miscellaneous fees(including basic credit fees) exceed NTD 40,000.\ \r\nRefer to Tuition and Miscellaneous Fees\ \r\n \ \r\nScholarship duration\ \r\n■ Undergraduate: 4 years\ \r\n■ Master: 2 years\ \r\n■ Ph.D.: 4 years\ \r\n\ \r\nImportant Notes\ \r\n■ Scholarship recipients are required to complete the registration by making the tuition payments and must maintain the academic performance each semester to remain eligible for the scholarship.\ \r\n■ Recipients will receive the scholarship on the 10th of each month, except for January and the start of each semester (September).\ \r\n\ \r\nDegree Programs Taught in English for MOE Taiwan Scholarship Recipients\ \r\n2026 Academic Year-Degree Programs Taught in English\ \r\n\ \r\n\ \r\nScholarship Regulation\ \r\nRefer to the website for the MOE Taiwan Scholarship Guidelines
