**INTENSE Program**\
**Introduction**\
In line with the National Development Council’s strategy to expand talent recruitment and the industry’s suggestion to attract and retain talents cultivated in our country, the “Promotion of International Students to Study in Taiwan and Stay in Taiwan Implementation Plan” has been launched since 2024. Among them, a new approach to promoting the “INTENSE Program” is introduced to attract excellent students from the New Southbound countries to study in Taiwan and work in Taiwan after graduation. In line with population policy and domestic industry talent demand, the number of international students studying and working in Taiwan has increased. By integrating government, industry, and school resources, the recruitment of international students is expanded to introduce high-quality talents to Taiwan.\
