【Job Opening】Administrative Assistant @ PHISON India

Job Descriptions

  1. Collaborate with a local CPA to comply with accounting and tax regulations in India.
  2. As the liaison between Phison India and Phison HQ, responsible for delivering and implementing HQ policies, and reporting to the HQ accounting manager.
  3. Apply accounting principles to all data entry, AP/AR posting and tracking, etc., for the general ledger.
  4. Banking operations related to withdrawals and payments, etc.
  5. Assist with the procurement of office equipment, office renting, and related contractual documents.
  6. Cowork with the HR Manager at headquarters to support HR operations in India.

\ Qualifications

  1. This position serves as the accounting communication channel between Phison India and Phison HQ. Proficiency in English is essential, while Mandarin is an added benefit.
  2. Bachelor of Accounting or related fields in Commerce.
  3. At least 1 year of accounting work experience in the industry (experience in the technical or electronic industry is preferred).
