<div class="ed\_txt"><span style="color:#003399;"><strong><span style="background-color:#dddddd;">Purpose</span></strong></span><br />
To encourage students to actively participate in activities related to international student associations or other on-campus public services, thereby enhancing campus internationalization, National Yang Ming Chiao Tung University has established these guidelines.<br />
<br />
<span style="color:#003399;"><strong><span style="background-color:#dddddd;">Eligibility</span></strong></span><br />
Students of NYCU who participated in international student-related associations or other on-campus public services in the previous academic year that have significantly contributed to campus internationalization and have demonstrated outstanding performance.<br />
<br />
<span style="color:#003399;"><strong><span style="background-color:#dddddd;">Application Procedure</span></strong></span><br />
(1) Application Period: Announcement will be made at the beginning of each academic year's first semester.<br />
(2) Application Materials:</div>

(b) Certificate of enrollment<br />
(c) Records of participation in international student-related associations or other on-campus public services that enhance campus internationalization during the previous academic year<br />
(d) Conduct score certificate<br />

<div class="ed\_txt">(3) Submission Method: Submit either in paper or electronic form. Paper submissions should be delivered to Ms. Sindy Chen at the 2nd Division of Overseas Student Affairs. For Electronic submissions, <span style="color:#c0392b;"><u><strong>please combine all documents into a single PDF file </strong></u></span>and email it to <a href="mailto:kuowenyu@nycu.edu.tw?subject=undefined&body=undefined" title="kuowenyu@nycu.edu.tw">chuanmel@nycu.edu.tw</a>. Please ensure all documents are complete before submission.<br />

<div class="ed\_txt"><span style="color:#003399;"><strong><span style="background-color:#dddddd;">Review Criteria</span></strong></span><br />
(1) Promotion of campus internationalization (40%)<br />
(2) Assistance in the guidance of international students (40%)<br />
(3) Other public services (20%)<br />

<span style="color:#003399;"><strong><span style="background-color:#dddddd;">Review Procedure</span></strong></span><br />
The evaluations will be conducted by the review committee formed by the Office of International Affairs.<br />
<br />
<span style="color:#003399;"><strong><span style="background-color:#dddddd;">Award Details</span></strong></span><br />
(1) Number of Awardees: 1 to 10 awardees per academic year, based on the review committee's evaluation results.<br />
(2) Amount: NT$3,000 for each awardee.<br />
(3) Award Presentation: Awards will be publicly presented at international student events during the academic year as a form of encouragement.<br />
<br />
These guidelines shall be implemented following approval by the Office of International Affairs meeting and shall be subject to the same procedure for any amendments.<br />
