"Han Garden" is a cemetery in memory of President Han Wei. As a token of gratitude to honor Dr. Han Wei for establishing a unique school spirit and vision during his tenure as Dean of Yangming Medical College, the garden was set up for later generations to remember and commemorate his contributions.

The school-gate archway was completed in 1967, and is still in use until today. In 1984, the name was changed to a university, and the six characters of "National Yangming University" were re-inscribed. "Banyan Garden" was commissioned by the Alumni Association in 2014 to create an environmental space by a professional team. Aside from the historic granite school monument, the ecological construction engineering supports the aerial roots of huge banyan tree at the back, making the banyan tree stronger to form a natural environment on the campus. As such, teachers and students can take rest at the spot.

The originality of "Wonder of Life" comes from the structure of flowers, while cross line is adopted as the main tone to reflect environmental images such as the sky and the ground and other environmental images. Hence, not matter if it is viewed from a distance or a close-up view, the shape presents the fusion of flower to that of and human, expressing the indomitable triad atmosphere of "heaven" , “ground,” and “human.”

The plants in Triangle Park are diverse, and the best-known one is Taiwan cow-tail fir, a native species of Taiwan, and it was jointly donated by Mr. Hsu Wan-chuan, a socialite and alumni of the class of 1978. The donation was made as a tribute to the professional and careful medical care made by past alumni, which symbolizes the future prosperity of National Yang Ming Chiao Tung University.

Guangfu Campus is the largest campus of the school, covering an area of about 62 hectares. In 1978, it was approved with the allocation of paid land so that the school started to carry out construction.
