Inbound Exchange Program:

- Exchange Students
  - Nominated by NYCU’s partner institutions (with a valid student exchange agreement).
  - Exempted from paying tuition fees and are required to meet the minimum credit requirements.
  - Free Chinese courses available.
- Visiting Students
  - Students from NYCU’s partner universities that are self-nominated to join the exchange program.
  - Students from non-partner universities who wish to take courses at NYCU.
  - Visiting Students have to pay the tuition fees and are required to meet the minimum credit requirements.
  - Free Chinese courses available.

Inbound Short-term Research Program:

- Short-term Research Students
  - Students from international institutions who wish to research at NYCU. (less than 180 days).
  - Students will need to find an NYCU host professor before submitting the application.
  - No application rounds. Students need to apply three months before the tentative research start date.

Inbound Short-term Program (tailor-made):

For international students who are interested in learning the basics and trends of the latest emerging technology or experiencing the beauty of Taiwanese culture as well as languages.

Program Highlights

- Mandarin or handcraft classes
- Cultural workshops
- Field trips
- Company visits
