At Trinity College, we’re constantly working to ensure our students and staff have access to the highest standard of teaching and living facilities

Kitchens Precinct Redevelopment timelapse.

Current project: Kitchens precinct redevelopment

The redevelopment of the College’s Dining Hall and surrounding areas (known as the Kitchens Precinct) was motivated by the opening of 'Dorothy' in 2020, a residential building accommodating nearly 100 extra students on campus. The Kitchens Precinct redevelopment began at the end of 2022 and aims to modernise our facilities, ensure we can accommodate all students and staff in the Dining Hall at once, and refresh the Vatican Lawn area and connection with Dorothy.

Maintaining the Dining Hall’s historic atmosphere is a key component of the expansion project to ensure one of our most treasured parts of Trinity College is preserved.

The new Dining Hall, the A C C Farran Hall is now open to Trinity students and staff.

Current project: 200 VICTORIA STREET CAMPUS

Trinity College's Victoria Street Campus is expanding. The College has taken over the lease on Levels 3 and 4, adding to the existing floors already leased (Levels 5 and 6). The expansion allows for a greater range of facilities for our Pathways School students and to accomodate increasing demand for Trinity's Foundation Studies Program.

In addition to the lecture and tutorial spaces, the new Levels 3 and 4 floors will feature:

Together with the existing Level 5 and 6, the Victoria St campus will offer a well-balanced mix of spaces and amenities for our Pathways School.
