GSA Lunch Social has concluded for 2025. We look forward to welcoming you to 2026 with more food programs.
Join us for our fortnightly free lunches, exclusively for postgraduate students! Every two weeks, we’re serving up a rotating menu with something for everyone. It’s not just about the food; it’s about connecting with your fellow postgrads, sharing stories, and building community over a delicious meal. Don’t miss out on this fantastic opportunity to enjoy good food and great company. See you there!
When can I register?
Registrations open for each breakfast session 48 hours before breakfast starts
Can I still attend if I don't register?
From 12pm-12:45pm we will only be serving those who have registered. After that, *if* there is still some food left we will let in graduate students who did not register (sorry, we don’t expect there to be many leftovers though!)
What happens if I register but don’t attend?
If you can no longer attend, please cancel your registration so others can take your place. Multiple ‘no-shows’ will not be permitted to attend in the future.
How often are the lunch sessions?
The Lunches will be held each fortnight, on Wednesdays. The last lunch of the month will also hold some additional festivities!
What food will you have?
This week we are having a sausage sizzle! There will be an option for Vegan/Vegetarian/Halal dietary requirements. We will do our best to accommodate gluten free dietary requirements.

Do I have to be a postgrad student to attend?
Yes, you must be studying a postgrad course and we will be checking enrolments. Sorry undergrads!
