Student Contribution Amount

What is a Student Contribution Amount?

If you are in a Commonwealth Supported Place (CSP), the amount that you pay towards the cost of your course is your student contribution amount. Your student contribution amount is is determined by the discipline fee band it's grouped into and its study load. These fee bands are determined by the content of the subject, not the course.

If you are a CSP student enrolled in a FEE-FREE Uni Ready (FFUR) place in an eligible enabling course, you do not pay a contribution towards the cost of your course, the Commonwealth fully funds your enrolment.

You can view student contribution amounts here.

Student contributions are set by individual institutions within ranges established by the Commonwealth Government.

For further information regarding student contributions, please refer to the Study Assist website.

For further information about FEE-FREE Uni Ready (FFUR) places, please refer to the Commonwealth Government's Study Assist website for FFUR courses.
