Wellbeing Classes

GSA is offering University of Melbourne graduate students free wellbeing classes during Semester periods. There is a mixture of online and in-person classes available to suit your preference.

There is no limit to how many classes you can attend, just turn up whenever it suits your schedule.

Do I need to book?

Booking is required for in-person classes as places are limited. For online classes bookings are needed in order to give you access to the online video link each week.\ \ Please reserve your spot by clicking the booking link next to each class.

Yoga Class (In-Person)

GSA is providing University of Melbourne graduate students with FREE weekly Yoga Classes every Thursday afternoon between 2-3pm. Yoga mats provided!\ Take a break from your busy schedule and focus on your physical and mental well-being. This event is the perfect opportunity to unwind and de-stress. Don't miss out on this chance to relax and re-energise yourself.

Yoga & Pilates Class (Online)

GSA is providing University of Melbourne graduate students with FREE online yoga & Pilates classes all semester! There is no limit to how many classes you can attend, and all classes will be suitable for both beginners, and those with a little more experience. The sessions will alternate every week between yoga and Pilates.
