The English-language master's programme in Communication Science aims at providing students with the necessary competences for dealing with current, socially relevant research issues in the field of communication science. They are able to use state-of-the-art research methods on an internationally transferable level. In addition, they are able to operate internationally as decision-makers in the area of communication, especially in private research. The master’s programme focuses on the contexts, contents and impact/consequences of communication processes on a micro, meso and macro level. Students must have English skills corresponding to level B2 of the Common European Framework of Reference for Languages.
