- Applications are possible throughout the year. Applications must be submitted at least six weeks before the traineeship starts.
- Please note that applications cannot be submitted for traineeships which have already started.

As of 15 January 2026, applications for traineeships for recent graduates are permanently discontinued and no longer possible. Applications will be accepted until 14 January 2026.

Please note: If you wish to apply for [Erasmus+ inclusion support](https://international.univie.ac.at/en/student-mobility/outgoing-students/erasmus-traineeships/financial-matters/#c1236279) for your Erasmus+ stay, a significantly earlier timeline applies.
