### The extension curriculum ‘Health literacy and empowerment for students’.

This extension curriculum helps you develop practical skills in health promotion and sustainable nutrition, physical activity and mental health, and supports you in making self-determined, health-related decisions.

### VU Running as the key to better performance at university
