## Recap UNIVIE Staff Days 2025

From 19 to 21 May 2025, the University of Vienna hosted its third **UNIVIE Staff Days**, bringing together nearly 50 staff members from 19 partner universities across 12 countries – including Belgium, France, Germany, and Norway – for three days of exchange, networking, and shared learning. More than 30 attendees came from **Circle U.** partner institutions, reflecting the strong collaboration within the alliance.

Following a warm welcome by Barbara Good, Director of the International Office, and an insightful introduction to the University of Vienna by Johannes Sorz, Senior Policy Advisor to the Rectorate, participants engaged in five thematic tracks hosted by various service units – including Library and Archive Services, Research and Career Development, Quality Assurance, Communications, and a joint track by the International Office and Student Services.

A vibrant social programme rounded off the event, including a bus tour through modern Vienna and an atmospheric evening at a traditional Viennese wine tavern.

The University of Vienna extends its sincere thanks to all participants and to the dedicated colleagues across the service units who made this enriching event possible.
