September — Deadline for submitting proof of exemption from tuition fees\ If you are exempted from having to pay tuition fees (generally this applies to citizens of countries outside the EU, EEA and Switzerland), you have until the 5th of September to submit proof of the exemption for programmes and courses that start at the beginning of the semester.

For courses that start later in the semester, you have until one week after the course has started to submit these documents.\

Residence permit application\ Once the tuition fee instalment has been paid and registered, students may apply for a residence permit for studies.

If you have applied in the second admission round

Students from a country outside the EU/EEA will most likely not have enough time to apply for and receive their residence permit before the start of the semester if admitted in the Second admissions round.
