Get answers about your university account and card and wireless networks. You can also find out more about printing, scanning, copying and general questions about IT for students.
Contact IT-support via Serviceportalen
If you have not yet received or do not have access to your university account you can contact IT-support via email or telephone 08-16 1999. See below for phone hours.
If you are a new student and have just activated your university account, it may take a couple of days before you have access to Serviceportalen and other IT resources.\

Lost user name or password
If you have lost your username and/or password, you can reset it via su.se/activate, where several different methods are available to verify your identity.
For safety purposes we NEVER give out login information by phone or email.
University account and university card
Your university account is your gateway to IT services at Stockholm University as a student. It gives you access to the wireless network, Office 365, and more.
Note: It is important that you keep track of your username and password as you will need them when you take your exams. Make sure you can log in before you get to the examination room, otherwise your exam will be forfeited.
