Once you are admitted to a study programme at Maastricht University (UM), you must enrol in the programme to officially become a student. You will then need to re-enrol for each new academic year.
You can find information about various aspects of your enrolment on the following pages:
- Certified copy of your diploma/grades transcript\ When you are first enrolling at UM, you will need to submit a certified copy of your diploma and your final grades transcript. \
- Statement of Graduation\ If you will not be in possession of your previous diploma before your studies begin, you will need to submit a Statement of Graduation. \
- UM email account, UM card, Certificate of Enrolment\ Upon enrolment, you will receive a UM email account, a UM card and a Certificate of Enrolment. \
- Re-enrolment\ For each new academic year, you will need to re-enrol via Studielink and complete any open tasks in the MyApplication portal. \
- Add teaching timetables to your calendar\ Learn how you can link your teaching timetables to your personal calendar application. \
