Are you having suicidal thoughts?
- If you are thinking about suicide you can contact your own General Practitioner (GP) during office hours. If you are in Maastricht and do not have a GP yet, register with one as soon as possible.\ You can find a list of GP's here.\

- In case of life-threatening situations, call 112.\
- If you have suicidal thoughts and need to talk to someone immediately please call 113 (0800-0113)or chat via www.113.nl.\

Are you worried that another student is having suicidal thoughts?
- Offer your support. Try to direct the student to the abovementioned support.\

Please note that the UM Psychologists do not have a crisis service and are only available during office hours.
