Application for benefits and ISEE (Equivalent Economic Situation Indicator)

Versione italiana

In order to take advantage of the various financial benefits, such as fee-waivers, regional scholarships, student collaborations, others exemptions and incentives, you need to follow these steps:

1a. Asking for the issue of the Isee certificate (for students residing in Italy)

Isee is the indicator that summarises the economic-patrimonial situation taking into account income, assets and the size of one's household. The ISEE certificate can be requested electronically through the INPS website or personally at a Tax Assistance Centre (CAF) or other competent Body, specifying that it is required for the benefits related to the right to university education.

The applicant's family unit is integrated with that of the parents when both of the following conditions do not apply:

The ISEE certificate is not taken into account:

1b. Asking for the issue of an Isee parificato (only for international students)

International students must apply for an IIsee parificato if:

"Isee parificato" is an official certificate which indicates your financial standing in any given year on the basis of family status, earnings and property. You will need to provide information and documentation regarding you and your family’s annual income and assets.

Please be aware that you might need several months to collect the documents required to obtain the Isee parificato, have them translated and legalised, etc. We therefore strongly recommend to start the process as soon as possible.

The Isee parificato calculation service is free of charge and must be requested from the Caf that has an agreement with the University and Esu:

*Confeuro Ass. Terr. Padova*Galleria Ognissanti, 11 – 35129 Padova\ For information: \ email: iseeparificatounipd@gmail.com:\ or by phone no. 328.1419141

Documents must be uploaded to the portal of the Caf, available at the following link: http://parificati.confeuropadova.it

You can find the list of the useful documents in the guide below.\ Other ways of document delivery are not accepted.

2. Fill in and confirm the Application for benefits (Richiesta di agevolazioni)

To apply for the economic benefits offered by the University, in addition to "Isee parificato", you need to fill in and confirm the "Application for benefits".

The "Application for benefits" form is available from mid-July of every year in your reserved area on Uniweb: check “Right to university studies, disability disclosure, summer courses”.

The benefits you can apply for are:

The reduction of tuition fees based on the acquisition of one's ISEEU (an automated procedure confirmed by the receipt of a specific email) occurs within 48 hours. It will then be possible to view the recalculated installment amounts compared to the full amount in the Uniweb section (Right to Study -> Tuition Fees) by clicking on the invoice numbers listed (payment regularity is indicated by green dots).

The deadlines by which to complete these steps are:
