Academic staff mobility - Bilateral Agreements

Versione italiana

As part of its internationalisation policy, the University of Padua offers academics the opportunity to carry out a period of teaching or research abroad at partner institutions with which the University of Padua has an active university-wide agreement.

Who can participate: academic staff employed at the University of Padua, including research fellows. Professors on sabbatical leave are not eligible to apply

Duration of the mobility: minimum 3 or 4 consecutive days - maximum 30 days (excluding travel), varying according to the destination. However the call is limited to a maximum period of 14 days including travel days.

Funding: it is provided on a mission basis by the Department to which the assigned teacher belongs to. The expected financial contribution varies depending on the destination and duration of the stay abroad. It is summarized in the “contribution calculation” column of the Table – Annex 1 of the Call.

Health Insurance coverage: For Health Insurance coverage during your stay abroad in countries outside the European Union, EHIC coverage is not sufficient. It is therefore necessary to take out private insurance. For further information on the insurance coverage abroad guaranteed by the University, consult the university website at: https://www.unipd.it/assicurazione.

How to apply: applications must be submitted exclusively via the online form.

The procedure is accessible via login (SingleSignOn username and password - the same as for email). All mandatory fields must be filled in and the required files must be attached.
