## Celebrate your graduation, respect the city

It's just a few confetti, two eggs, and a bit of flour to throw at graduates. What could possibly go wrong?
When celebrating graduation, we often overlook the fact that even the smallest gestures can have **a negative environmental and social impact**.
Plastic confetti and streamers can take **hundreds of years to decompose**, causing harm to both the environment and animals that might ingest them. Eggs, flour, and other substances used for pranks can lead to **stubborn dirt**. Before celebrating this milestone with traditional pranks, it's important to be aware of the consequences.
A "zero impact" celebration is possible. If you prefer throwing eggs on the ground, lay down a tarp and try not to create a mess. Use sustainable, environmentally friendly substances and materials. Did you know there are biodegradable confetti, some even made from flower seeds?
Even **small gestures matter**. Do your part to keep our environment clean.
