Changes of location in subsequent years

Students enrolled in the academic year 2024/25 in the first or second year of a three-year healthcare professions degree program structured across multiple locations who intend to request a change of location for the same course for the academic year 2025/26 (e.g., a student enrolled in Midwifery in Treviso in the academic year 2024/25 who wants to transfer to Midwifery in Padua in the academic year 2025/26) can submit an application from July 26, 2025, until August 22, 2024, at 3:00 PM.

*The application can be submitted for only one location.*\ At the end of the procedure, a payment of 16 euros, corresponding to the stamp duty, is required.

The detailed criteria guiding the procedure can be found in the didactic regulations of the degree courses at the link: https://didattica.unipd.it/off/2024/LT/ME with additional provisions — applicable only to the Hearing Aid Techniques and Physiotherapy programs — as outlined in the Director’s Decree of the Department of Neurosciences REP. 67/2025 Prot. 3907 dated July 23, 2025.

The admission rankings will be published on the following webpage: https://www.unipd.it/trasferimenti-cambi-corso-sede by September 12, 2025.**\ Winners must send a declaration of acceptance for the change of location by September 19, 2025**, to medicina.studenti@unipd.it, attaching:

The receipt proving payment of the first installment of university fees for enrollment in the academic year 2024/2025;
A copy of a valid identity document;
A self-certification (on plain paper signed by the applicant) attesting to the eligibility in terms of internship exams and CFU (University Educational Credits) for enrollment in the subsequent year as a regular student.

Attention: if the internship activity has not yet been recorded in uniweb, it will be sufficient to add it at the end of the self-certification (only if it has actually been completed successfully
