Bonn-St Andrews joint appointments scheme
The University of St Andrews and the University of Bonn have a joint appointments agreement, which enables researchers to spend time at the other university over a three-year period.
The University of St Andrews is pleased to offer tailored opportunities for joint PhDs, known as ‘co-tutelles’, allowing students to conduct doctoral research at two institutions and to obtain a jointly awarded degree.
Validation of degrees from the Royal Conservatoire of Scotland
The University of St Andrews validates research degrees offered by the Royal Conservatoire of Scotland. On successful completion of their programmes of study, research students at the Conservatoire receive an award from the University.
The University of St Andrews has a collaborative agreement with the China Scholarship Council to develop research collaborations between the UK and Chinese universities and research institutions.
