We work with selected agent representatives who offer support to prospective students.
If you wish to receive extra support when applying to study in the UK, you can choose to be counselled by an agent. The University of York is partnered with education agents who are carefully selected and regularly trained by the University.
Agent Quality Framework
The University of York is a signatory to the Agent Quality Framework. York's representatives are contracted partners and receive renumeration for the successful performance of the services they provide. In accordance with the Agent Quality Framework, we regularly monitor and review our partners’ performance, taking into account a wide range of factors. These include delivering a quality service and feedback from students to ensure they meet our required standards.

Agent feedback
