## Getting to know you and your needs

1. Initial chat to understand your organisation’s aims and ambitions and potential partnership opportunities
2. Agree Non-disclosure Agreement (NDA) if needed to ensure confidentiality is maintained
3. We will find you the right service, academic expertise or resources to meet your needs or signpost to other appropriate support

## Project planning

1. Meet with the University colleagues to discuss possible approaches to address your requirements
2. Agree a scope, milestones and timeline
3. Formalise any [contractual agreements](https://www.york.ac.uk/business/expertise/contracts/)

## Delivery

1. Project plan finalised and delivery initiated
2. On-going monitoring and reporting throughout project lifecycle, if you’re applying for grant funding as part of the project, we will assist with that too
3. Final delivery and project wash-up

## Outcomes and impact

1. We will ask for your feedback
2. We will capture any immediate outcomes of working together and agree timelines for capturing future benefits to your organisation
3. Dissemination of information on working together: publication of outputs, impact case studies, social media and other channels as agreed
