Dean's Global Excellence Scholarship

To reward excellence, the Dean's Global Excellence Scholarship offers a tuition fee discount to talented undergraduate students within the faculties.

Equal Access Scholarship (undergraduate)

We're pleased to offer two scholarships for undergraduate students who are seeking refuge in the UK. You must have applied to the University of York before submitting an application for this scholarship.

We are now accepting applications for our choral scholarship scheme. The 12-month scholarships will be open to all four voice parts.

Undergraduate prizes

Several prizes are awarded annually for the performance of our Chemistry undergraduates.

Prizes based on performance specific to the degree course:

Vacation Research Bursaries

Our department offers a number of research bursaries to students in the summer between their second and third year to gain laboratory based work experience. Application details will be circulated to eligible students at the beginning of Semester 2.
