Professor Philip Antwi-Agyei, a YESI International Fellow, will lead a new £20 million Wellcome-funded consortium at KNUST to tackle climate-related health threats across West Africa. The five-year initiative aims to transform scientific research into tangible policy actions, addressing the urgent impacts of heatwaves, drought, and dust storms on regional health and food security.
