**Disability drop-in sessions (during semesters)\
\**Got a disability-related question? Come along to a drop-in session to chat to one of our practitioners. Sessions run every week in semester-time and are open to all students (details below). You do not need to register or have been registered with Disability Services to attend. \
Where and when are the drop-in sessions?
Drop-ins take place during semesters only. They're held each week in the Sally Baldwin Buildings, Block D at the following days and times.
- Tuesday: 11am to 12 noon
- Wednesday: 2pm to 3pm
- Thursday: 12 noon to 1pm
Any changes to times/locations, including additional sessions at the start of a semester, will be shared in [Student News](https://www.york.ac.uk/students/news/) and the [Things to Know](https://www.york.ac.uk/students/things-to-know/) email.
Who are the drop-in sessions for?
Drop-ins are suitable for current University of York students who have quick queries on:
- What support is available?
- Is my medical evidence sufficient?
- How do I apply for DSA?
- I want to drop off some paperwork
You do not need to be registered or register with Disability Services to attend a drop-in.
### When is the Disability Services drop-in not suitable?
Drop-ins are not an alternative to a meeting with your advisor. You should contact Disability Services directly if you need to discuss something more in-depth, for example:
- I need to talk about my student support plan
- My requirements have changed
- My adjustments are not working and need to be reviewed
