Campus Kitchen is the University's in-house caterer. We can cater for all your event's needs, ranging from a simple working lunch to a high profile dinner.
We have an experienced team of caterers, hoteliers and chefs ready to go the extra mile to ensure that your event runs smoothly. Order from our menus or create your own bespoke menu to suit your event needs. Contact us to discuss your event and budget in more detail.

We offer a wide selection of meals to be enjoyed throughout the day including breakfast, lunch, afternoon tea, and cakes and tray bakes.
Vegetarian and vegan options are available. If you have any dietary requirements or allergies, please contact campus-kitchen@york.ac.uk before placing your order.
Formal Dining
Formal Dining by Campus Kitchen is the pinnacle of our service, bringing together finesse and expertise to your high profile dinners, whether that be a small party for eight or a grand award ceremony.
Using locally sourced produce where possible, our menu selection suits various tastes and trends. We can cater for most dietary requirements with adequate notice.
Formal Dining by Campus Kitchen is only available in function rooms which have access to a production kitchen. Please check with us before placing your booking.
Dietary requirements
We cater for all dietary requirements. All orders are delivered with a menu detailing which products suit which specific dietary requirements or allergies.
We provide information about allergens in specific items of food which relates to the ingredients used, however our food is produced in an environment where other allergens may be present. If you have an allergy please let a member of the catering staff know. They'll be able to give you more information on the products available.
