# Our groups and networks

## **EDI governance structure**

Our [EDI Priorities and Action Plans](https://www.exeter.ac.uk/departments/inclusion/policiesanddata/edipriorities/) have key goals pertaining to effective governance, reporting and creating spaces for accountability to our community. Our [EDI governance structure](https://content.exeter.ac.uk/terminalfour/SiteManager?ctfn=download&fnno=60&ceid=1904054057) was reviewed in 2019 to embed EDI as a strategic priority across all levels within the University. All equality groups are now chaired by a member of the Vice-chancellor’s Executive Group to ensure inclusion is championed at the highest level.
