## Executive PA to the Provost

Sue Smith is the Executive PA to the Senior Vice-President and Deputy Vice Chancellor, [Professor Dan Charman](https://www.exeter.ac.uk/about/governance/managed/executive/provost/), providing executive support through diary management, arrangement of meetings and minute taking, event management dealing with all correspondence and coordination of all travel arrangements.

### Profile

Sue joined the Executive Suite in her current role in January 2015. Prior to this her working career has been within the NHS, working in a range of departments both locally and in London. Sue worked as an Executive PA at the Royal Devon & Exeter NHS Foundation Trust supporting the Operations Director, Chief Nurse/Chief Operating Officer and the Director of Finance.
