# Exams and Assessments
Welcome to the University of Exeter's Exam Page.
Here you will find information on your exams and assessments during your time at the University of Exeter.
Much of this information will be on your Faculty, College or Department website, but there are some central services you may need to call on too.
You can also find out who can help and what to do if you should have any problem with your exams.
**Exams will take place online and on-campus.**

#### Contact the Assessment Helpdesk
The Assessment Helpdesk is run by a support team who are able to respond to queries on all online exams whilst they are taking place and open.
We can assist with questions about your exam including submission difficulties, clarification on paper content, problems with locating papers or IT issues. Please also contact the Assessment Helpdesk if you require assistance finding a quiet location to sit your exam.
A record of your contact and a description of the issue will be kept on file. You can email the Helpdesk at [examshelp@exeter.ac.uk](mailto:examshelp@exeter.ac.uk). Please do be aware that this mailbox is only monitored during live exam periods.
**Mid-term Exams**
The Assessment Helpdesk will be open during a live Mid-term exam from 9am to 6pm Monday to Friday. You can telephone the Helpdesk on **+44 (0) 1392 72 6800.**
**January Exams**
From Monday 5th January until Sunday 11th January you will be able to telephone the Helpdesk on +44 (0) 01392 72 6800 if you are in a live exam. The Helpdesk will be open between 8am - 6pm Monday to Saturday and 8am - 3.30pm on Sunday.
