We believe that all students should have equal and fair access to Higher Education. We also recognise that studying at university isn’t as straightforward for everyone, and depending on your financial, personal or ethnic background, you may face additional challenges in both accessing Higher Education and throughout your studies.

We have dedicated staff who are on hand to help students who require additional support, including financial advice and assistance, access to accommodation, learning and career advice, peer support and help with wellbeing. We also provide an enhanced induction programme for eligible students as part of our [Transition support](http://www.exeter.ac.uk/transition-support/), to help you settle into university life.

We are committed to supporting students from all walks of life and building an inclusive learning environment. We support [equality and diversity](http://www.exeter.ac.uk/inclusion/) across all of our campuses and are proud to welcome all students to our campuses, and are committed to supporting our LGBTQ+ community. We also welcome staff, students and visitors from all faith backgrounds, as well as those from none.

Find out more about how we are working with students, researchers and academic staff to build an inclusive learning environment on the [Success for All](https://www.exeter.ac.uk/about/vision/successforall/) and  [Centre for Social Mobility](https://www.exeter.ac.uk/research/socialmobility/) websites.
