Education at Exeter

The Graduate School of Education is one of the most diverse and highly regarded schools of education in the country. We offer a full range of postgraduate programmes comprising research degrees; professional doctorates; a Masters in Educational Research; and full-time and flexible part-time Masters degrees. We also offer Primary and Secondary PGCE programmes.
We are located on the historic and beautiful St Luke’s Campus and provide excellent support for all our postgraduate students. This ideal setting is within easy walking distance of both the city centre and the University’s Streatham Campus, where students are encouraged to make use of the additional facilities available to them.
What I enjoy the most about my course is that I not only feel empowered to integrate the arts and creativity into my teaching but I also feel capable to support other teachers on how to do it.
Visits to creative schools, galleries and a school placement have given me interesting ideas on making the arts a part of my curriculum.

MA Creative Arts in Education
The MA at the University of Exeter offers a key set of skills that is very relevant in the marketplace today. By completing a course within education that also incorporates teaching, creativity and technology I can add value immediately.
I love being able to bring into my education topics of interest such as VR and having the opportunity to not only learn the relevant theories of using VR in a classroom but also considering the wider impacts and practical application of using the latest technology and teaching methods.
