We deliver undergraduate and postgraduate courses and specialise in electronic and electrical engineering research.

You’ll discover the technology behind communications, healthcare, transport and energy to advance the next generation of applications, products and devices.

Put your theory into practice with a year-long, paid placement during your engineering degree. You could earn between £16,000 and £25,000.

Our group and individual projects give you the chance to work on problems relevant to industry and develop your technical, business and management skills.

We run visit days for our undergraduate degree offer holders between February and April. Find out why you should attend one.

Students in the Faculty of Engineering & Design post about projects, placements, research and study experiences.

As an electrical and electronic graduate, you could be developing the next smartphone, finding better ways to detect cancer, developing renewable micro-grids, or leading the robotics revolution.

Sanjae, Amy and James share their experiences of electronic and electrical engineering undergraduate study at Bath.
