Important note

These terms and conditions apply to students starting courses in September 2026

1. Scope

These terms and conditions apply to new fee-paying full-time Taught Postgraduate Masters students taking up a place of study in September 2026/2027 entry, who are identified by the University as eligible for consideration for one of the Taught Postgraduate Masters Scholarships. They specifically apply to the School of Management MSc full-time Scholarships only.

Please note that there are other scholarships schemes for fee-paying Taught Postgraduate Masters students which have separate guidelines. Please see University of Bath website for full details.

The allocation of the scholarship is competitive and so not all applications received may be successful. Please see below for details on how selection is made. Only successful recipients of an award will be notified.

Scholarships are awarded in the form of a fee waiver (‘discount’) which is a sum of money to assist fee-paying students with tuition fees. The University allocates a waiver to your fee account in place of some of the fee liability you would otherwise have. There is no cash alternative to a fee waiver. Scholarships cannot be deferred or re-assigned and are for the September 2026/2027 academic entry year only and only for the course specified at the time of the award.

Eligible offer holder candidates can apply for a scholarship by the School of Management using the form in the application tracker. If a form is not available in the application tracker you will be notified of the application process.

This document outlines the full terms and conditions of this scheme, and you should read these before you submit your scholarship application.
