UNSW students can go global with a unique employability course called CDEV3300 Global Practice of Work

As a part this course, a group of UNSW undergraduate students have travelled to Fukuoka, Japan to collaborate on a project with students from Kyushu University.

During this time, they worked on genuine business tasks, and explored the possibilities for the adaptive reuse of Yoh's Music Atelier, a Shoei Yoh 1985 building located in the Aso Mountains.

What makes this a unique opportunity for your students?

Courses run by our Employability teams are interdisciplinary, and differ from other faculty-based global opportunities.

UNSW has a partnership with specific education institutions, and students work on real-life projects to help improve their practical skill to make them more employable - especially in a world where global experiences are becoming more relevant in job positions.

The courses are designed to provide students with a global understanding of the world of work, highlighting the skills needed to succeed. These courses will have students working in small student-consulting teams for an international company, and encourage networking with industry leaders and UNSW alumni.

CDEV3300 Global Practice of Work takes place in a select few countries:

Fukuoka, Japan;
Tel Aviv, Israel;
and London, United Kingdom.
