When you are preparing to publish it is important that you target reputable high-quality journals that reach your target audience.

Finding the right journal: - check your professional networks - what do your colleagues advise? - what do your professional associations recommend? - look at relevant publisher websites - consider the publishing behaviours of potential outlets - Assess journals in your discipline based on metric quality indicators
