Fitness, sport and wellbeing at the University of Sussex.

Sussexsport is the University’s sports service.

We manage the two on-campus gyms, group fitness classes and courses, sports halls, tennis courts and pitches - with a selection of great value memberships for University of Sussex staff.

We're passionate about getting everyone active: from all inclusive membership that includes the gym, classes and racket sports, to pay-and-play options and sports hall and pitch hire at a special rate for staff, we have something for everyone.

Membership and facilities : Our facilities are available from the moment you start working at the University.

Classes and course programmes are tailored to your fitness level, whether you are a complete beginner or a sports fanatic.

You can take advantage of our excellent [fitness rooms](https://www.sussex.ac.uk/sport/facilities/fitnessrooms), [racket sports](https://www.sussex.ac.uk/sport/facilities/sportcentre) and [group fitness classes](https://www.sussex.ac.uk/sport/facilities/groupfitness) with one of our great value Gold or Silver [staff memberships](https://www.sussex.ac.uk/sport/staff/memberships).

Or if you want a more flexible approach, you can use our facilities on a pay-and-play basis as a staff Bronze member or as a non-member.

Our year-round staff programme : In addition to our memberships, we offer all University of Sussex staff a dedicated year round Staff Programme of events, activities and off-campus discounts and opportunities. The programme includes staff-only classes and courses, drop-in social activities and annual events.
